How a
Coulometer
Works
A coulometer is a device used to measure the amount of carbon in a liquid or solid sample. I worked as the Media & Marketing Intern at UIC Inc, a company that manufactures and sells coulometers and other equipment. My job as an intern was to develop an online presence for UIC - I created social media pages and developed content to populate them. At the end of my term, I conceptualized this project to integrate my research communication and animation skills. I learned how the coulometers worked by parsing scientific manuals, and translated that information into a more digestible form.
